1. What this service is
Bet Club is a free admin and record-keeping tool for groups of friends who place a bet together. It records picks, stores an image of a bet slip, tracks results and calculates who owes what within your group.
2. What this service is not
We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator or payment provider. You cannot place a bet through this site, we do not offer or set odds, and we never take, hold, transfer or process any money. Any bet is placed by a member of your group with a third-party operator, entirely at their own risk, and any money moves directly between you and your friends.
3. Age requirement
You must be 18 or over to use Bet Club. By using the site you confirm that you are. Gambling should be fun and affordable — if it stops being either, free, confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org.
4. Group codes and access
Access to a group is by its share code. Anyone with the code can view and take part in that group, so only share it with people you trust. You are responsible for keeping your code, username and PIN secure.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to your group. Do not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or containing another person's private information, and do not upload screenshots showing bookmaker account credentials or payment card details.
6. Accuracy and disputes
Figures shown in the app — odds, results, points, totals and shares — depend entirely on what your group enters. We do not verify them and they carry no guarantee of accuracy. The app is not a substitute for your bookmaker's own records, and any disagreement about money is between you and your friends to settle.
7. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may remove groups, accounts or content that break these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost bets, lost records or lost money.
8. Advertising
The site is funded by third-party advertising. Ads do not imply any endorsement by us, and any dealings with an advertiser are between you and them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.
